Q: Who is Control?
A: Control is a brand new band made
up of 5 very talented and very experienced local musicians. Between them they
have over 90 years of experience entertaining all over Western & Central
Pennsylvania and numerous album credits.
Q: What is Control all about?
A: Control’s mission is to be the
band that everybody wants to go see. Control wants to be the band that
makes you want to dance. Control is professional, entertaining, and above
all FUN!
Q: Why should I hire Control to play
at my club?
A: The members of Control are way
past the ‘We’re too cool to play what people want to hear. We play what we want
to play!’ phase. Control realize that in order to bring in the people,
you must give them what THEY want. Control’s aim is not only to be the
best band around, but also the biggest event!
We won’t waste your time saying we are the best
this, or we have a ‘state of the art’ that. It’s getting so that you can’t tell
the bands without a scorecard. What we will say is this. We have the experience
and ability to play music that some bands can’t and to pull it off. We have the
maturity to play what some bands won’t, because we know that is what people want
to hear. We will play the music in our repertoire, to the best of our abilities,
(which is to say we will play it very well) and have one hell of a good time
doing it. This band knows how to perform both on and off the stage. We will be
professional while entertaining, and also in dealing with our employers, the
club owners. Control has the potential to be the
